Raïms can be found in the center of the small town of Algaida, 20 Kms. from Palma, the capital city of the island and just 10 Kms. from the airport.

Algaida is a typical rural Majorcan town situated by the hills of Randa, here you can find the monasteries of Cura, Sant Honorat and Grácia.

Raïms is a Manor house that dates from the XVII century. It is particulary well known for its wine making; it has one of the oldest wine making “wine celler” in Majorca.
Still today those interested can visit the “bodega”, learn the process of wine making and buy the wine “Oliver Moragues”. The main entrance with 2 large arches and floors of cobble stones, and the small family chapel by the lounge, is a faithful of the Majorcan country house.

The rooms on the ground floor have been converted into a large suite, and the old barns are now 4 ample apartments overlooking the garden.
A walk through the garden with its tall palmtrees, and a great variety of plants, offers lots of little relaxing corners, and takes us to the swimming pool and solarium. Further on we will see the orange tree garden, where we pick the fresh oranges for the breakfast.
